9.1 - Building a Prospect

In EZ Loader TMS, to add a Customer into the system they must first be established as a Prospect, then promoted to customer. 

CLICK THE [+] IN THE TOP RIGHT OF YOUR SCREEN AND THEN SELECT “NEW PROSPECT”

FILL IN THE REQUIRED INFORMATION AND CLICK “SAVE & CLOSE”

If you would like to add a contact to the prospect, click the green button that says "Save & Add Contact" this will take you to a secondary form to fill in contact information.

You will be taken to a Prospect Profile where you can keep up with contacts, notes and even make tasks on a prospect.
