Carrier Flags - Overview

Utilizing carrier flags are a great way to notify other team members of useful information regarding a carrier. These message alerts can also be used as a control to notate both positive and negative feedback. 

Adding a carrier flag gives a user the ability to generate a "pop up" note that displays whenever:

1) A carrier profile is viewed

2) When a carrier is assigned to a load (either within a load profile or the new load wizard)

Carrier Flags - Setup

To add a carrier flag, navigate to the carrier profile>Details>Edit Carrier Info

Next, Enter your Message alert into the text box located under the "Flagged" checkbox. 

Click the checkbox to activate your message.

Carrier Flags - Functionality

Once you have an active "flagged message" on a carrier you will see the "flag icon" appear next to that carrier on the carrier search page

Your previously created "flagged message" will appear as a pop-up in a number of different scenarios.

1) A carrier profile is viewed

2) When a carrier is assigned to a load (either within a load profile or the new load wizard)
