Note: If the carrier does not exist in RMIS's database you will receive an error message and will not be able to proceed adding the carrier.
2. With a RMIS "Lite" level subscription, Carrier Onboarding will still utilize EZ Loaders carrier onboarding process.

3. When an RMIS integration is being utilized, once the Carrier Onboarding process is complete the carrier will be automatically set to "Active" status and the following carrier information will be pulled from RMIS's database and input into the Carrier's profile within EZ Loader: Proof of insurance documents, equipment types, contacts, cargo/liability insurance information.
(Please note: Only information that is available within RMIS's database will be pulled over)
(Please note: There may be up to a 15 minute delay between the point of carrier onboarding and the addition of the carrier information from the RMIS's database into the EZ Loaders carrier profile)
4. Every 15 Minutes RMIS's database will "push" any updated Carrier information into their respective Carrier profiles within EZ Loader.
You can also manually trigger an "update check" by clicking the refresh icon in the "Insurance & Certification" section under "Details" in the Carrier profile.
**IMPORTANT!: You will not be able to assign a carrier to a load with an "Unacceptable" RMIS risk assessment**
