Mass Prospect Upload

Uploading a List of Prospects

Utilizing EZ Loader's Prospect upload template allows you to quickly mass create prospect profiles.

Step 1: Navigate to your initials in the top right > Settings > Data Upload

Step 2: Select the "Prospects" card

Step 3: Download the Prospect Upload Template

Step 4: Fill in the applicable information into the required fields (Noted in Red), and save the finished template to your computer. Each row in the excel template represents one prospect profile record.

***Please note: You must select a "Prospect Type" that is listed on tab 2 "Prospect Type", entering text that does not match a record on the list will result in an error

***Please note: Be careful when copy/pasting data from an external source that there are no accidental "spaces" entered into any of the excel cells. This will cause an error during upload.

***Please note: Data entered into the "Sales Rep" Field must match exactly to an active sales rep profile within your EZ Loader Account

***Please Note: The country field must contain the abbreviation (United States = US , Canada = CA)

***Please Note: The "State" field must contain the abbreviation (ex. Tennessee = TN)

***Please Note: Only enter 10 numbers into the "phone" field (ex. 5555555555)

***Please Note: Data entered into the "notes" field in the template will display under Details > Prospect info within the prospect profile after upload.

Step 5: Upload the finalized excel file back into EZ Loader by clicking "browse" in the upload window and locating your completed saved template on your computer. Once file is uploaded successfully click save.

***Please Note: If you try to "Re-Upload" a prospect through the template that already exists in your EZ Loader account, that record in the template will be ignored and no changes will be made to the already existing prospect profile.
