Changing Contact Info / Signature on Rate Confirmations

Customizing Rate Confirmation Contact Information

Admin user have the ability to adjust the "broker contact information" that appears towards the middle of rate confirmations.

1. Broker (Sales Rep 1)
2. Dispatcher
3. Hide Contact Section
4. Custom

Option 1 - Broker (Sales Rep 1):

When this option is selected, the contact information of whichever sales rep is listed as the "Sales Rep 1" in the load profile will be displayed on the rate confirmation, regardless of who sends the rate confirmation.

The Sales Rep contact information can be edited by an admin user and is located under Settings > Sales Rep

Option 2 - Dispatcher

When this option is selected, the contact information of whichever sales rep sends the rate confirmation will be displayed on the rate confirmation, regardless of which sales rep is assigned to the load.

Option 3 - Hide Contact Section:

When this option is selected, no contact information will be displayed in the "Broker Contact Information" section of the rate confirmation

Option 4 - Custom: 

When this option is selected whatever contact information is entered into the settings fields mentioned below, will appear universally across all rate confirmations regardless of who sends the rate confirmation or which sales rep is assigned to the load.

To enter your custom contact information appearing on rate confirmations, admin users can select their initials in the top right > Settings > Settings & Documents > Company Information & Default > Edit, Scrolling down you will see the following section:

Adjusting Broker Signature that appears on Rate Confirmations

To adjust the signature that appears on signed rate confirmations, an admin level user can navigate to Settings>Settings and Documents>Company Information & Defaults>Rate Con Signature

Option 1: Broker (Sales Rep 1) - Displays signature of the user in the "Sales Rep 1" position on the load.

Options 2: Dispatcher - Displays the signature of the user who sends the rate confirmation.
