Custom Other Cost Fields

EZ Loader TMS allows you to customize your own other cost fields to show up throughout the TMS and allow you to streamline your cost workflow in the system. 

Create whatever custom other cost/accessorial fields for quick access in the following locations:
- New Load Wizard - Customer and Carrier Costs
- Load Page > Accounting > Customer and Carrier Rates
- Invoice Audit - Audit Screen

Here is how you do it:

Go to Settings

Click Other Costs

Add new Other Costs by clicking the [+] button on the right. Define where you want to see your other costs field and what type of load you want to see it on by checking the boxes labeled Carrier, Customer, TL or LTL.

Though there are a few default Other Costs in EZ Loader TMS, you can customize as many as you need and edit or delete these by utilizing the action buttons on the right side of the screen.

Here is how the Other Cost will show up throughout the system:

New Load Wizard - Customer Rate Area (Step 1)

New Load Wizard - Carrier Rate Area (Step 3)

Load Page > Accounting Section > Carrier Rate Edit Screen

Load Page > Accounting Section > Customer Rate Edit Screen
