Customer Rate Confirmations

EZ Loader TMS's digital rate confirmation feature utilizes E-Signatures and automatically uploads confirmation documents into a load profile upon completion.

Sending a Digital Customer Rate Confirmation

Within a load profile, navigate to the Documents sections and select the Customer Rate Confirmation Icon to launch the "Customer Rate Confirmation Send Window"

Selecting the blue "Send" Icon will email the following message to the address entered in the "Email to Address" field within the Customer Rate Confirmation send window.

When the recipient clicks the "Link to Customer Confirmation" hyperlink within the email message, they will be directed into the digital rate confirmation web form. Here they can review the applicable information and digitally sign the confirmation.

Once the rate confirmation is signed, 3 actions happen:

  1. PDF signed copy is sent to Customer
  2. PDF signed copy is sent to you (sender)
  3. PDF signed copy is saved in LOAD PAGE > DOCUMENTS

Sending a Manual Customer Rate Confirmation

If a customer is having any issues receiving or completing a digital customer rate confirmation you have the ability to manually send a PDF copy from your personal email for the customer to provide a hand written signature.

Within a load profile, navigate to the Documents sections and select the Customer Rate Confirmation Icon to launch the "Customer Rate Confirmation Send Window"

Within the "Customer Rate Confirmation Send Window" select "Preview / Print Load Rate Confirmation"

Select the "Download" Icon to save a local copy to your computer which can then be sent to the customer from your personal email for a manual signature.
