Digital Rate Confirmation - Two-Part Rate Confirmation
A two-part digital rate confirmation allows you to hide or require different information during the rate confirmation process. You also can send a "dispatch sheet" with lane details but no rate.
On the bottom right of the Rate Confirmation Email modal, you will see four additional options when sending the rate confirmation:
1. Hide Details and Reference #s - When selected the following information will be hidden on the rate confirmation. After a signature is obtained you can send the dispatch sheet to your recipient (see below).
- Location Name
- Street Adress
- Shipping References
2. Require Driver Information - When the carrier is sent the rate confirmation, they will be required to enter the driver's information to sign the confirmation.
3. Require Dispatcher Information - When the carrier is sent the rate confirmation, they will be required to enter the dispatcher information to sign the confirmation.
*Please Note* if Driver or Dispatcher contact info is already entered into the load profile when the rate confirmation is sent, the entered information will be displayed in the rate confirmation and the field will be un-editable.
4. Send Dispatch Sheet Automatically - The Dispatch Sheet (see details below) will be automatically sent to the recipient of of the rate confirmation after a signature is obtained.

Setting Global Defaults and Integration Settings
Within Settings > Company Information and Defaults you will see the ability to set carrier rate confirmation defaults when sending rate confirmations from within EZ Loader. Set defaults will also determine the type of rate con utilized with EZ Freight Matching and Integrations such as Parade and Trucker Tools.
