Load Page - Dispatcher on a Load

Utilizing The Dispatcher role is a way to associate a user with the load similar to a sales rep, however the dispatcher does not receive a gross profit %.

The Dispatcher will have visibility to the load and can maintain, track, and move it through the different load statuses.

Functionality

The dispatcher role is automatically assigned to the user who originally puts a carrier on a load. It can also be manually adjusted/assigned to another user after the fact.

To edit the dispatcher on the load open the Details Section > Edit Sales Reps Card > Type In User Name

Setting Up your My Loads Page as a Dispatcher

The best way for you to keep up with the loads you are assigned as the dispatcher will be adjust the default search settings on your My Loads Page.

Adjust your default search on your My Loads Page by selecting the Gear Icon at the top of the page. Next, enter yourself into the dispatcher field. This will return all of the loads you are assigned as the dispatcher. 

Using the Load Search function as a Dispatcher

Dispatcher also shows up in the load search page. Search for a load based on who the dispatcher of that load is.
