How to Split a Document
In the EZ Loader TMS document management system anytime you have a multiple page document you will see a blue button that says "split this document" in the top of the preview document section.
Click this blue button to split documents into multiple documents to process each individually.
When you click the SPLIT button, you will open the Split Document Processor. This page allows you to create multiple documents and then split the original document into these.
Once finished splitting, you will be taken to process these documents individually.
Splitting Process - Step 1 - Select Document Types
To get started splitting your document, step 1 is to select your document types. Look at the preview of the documents on the left, click the blue slide out and start clicking which documents you need to create.
Splitting Process - Step 2 - Move pages into each document
Next, Drag and drop or Click the Right Arrow to send the page to the open document section.
BONUS - If you have a document page you do not want to use or do not need, click the trash can button to send the page to the "trash"
Splitting Process - Step 3 - Click the "Save & Process" Button
Once you have moved all pages into documents in the right hand section, the blue "Save & Process" button will appear in the left hand side.
Click this button to move into each document to process them individually.
