Disabling McAfee Web Extension

McAfee Web Extensions can have negative affects on being able to operate effectively within EZ Loader TMS.


If you experience the inability to save certain modals such as the customer rate card or other random errors we advise disabling your McAfee Web extension and trying again to see if it resolves the issue.


Please note: Per EZ Loader TMS Software Support Agreement "Client Technical Requirements - The Client shall be solely responsible (including financially) for ensuring that each Authorized User has hardware and Software capable of accessing the Software. Further, all costs associated with network/internet connectivity between the offices of Client and EZ Loader TMS’s databases, including all expenses related to telecom services and any fees associated with the network equipment required by Client to achieve connectivity therewith, shall be paid by Client. The Client is responsible for maintaining any anti-virus and other network security protocols the Client deems necessary."

How to Disable McAfee Web Extension (Chrome)


  1. Open Chrome
  2. Click the menu icon on the upper right (three dots stacked vertically)
  3. Select Extensions > Manage Extensions
  4. Turn Off or Remove McAfee Web Extension

How to Disable McAfee Web Extension (Edge)


  1. Open Microsoft Edge
  2. Click the menu icon on the upper right (three dots stacked vertically)
  3. Click Extensions. Turn off the button corresponding to McAfee.

How to Disable McAfee Web Extension (Firefox)


  1. Open Firefox
  2. Click the stacked menu icon on the upper right.
  3. Select Add-ons and themes.
  4. Click Disable next to McAfee.
