How to Re-Invoice a Load
If you need to Re-Create an invoice that you have already sent a customer, you can do so following the steps below:
Step 1:
Make any applicable changes to the load profile such as uploading new documents or changing the customer rate.
Step 2:
Change the Status of the load to "Received"
Step 3:
Remove the Customer Invoice Date from the Accounting section of the Load.
(This date would have been automatically entered by the system the first time you generated the invoice, it needs to be removed for the load to reappear on the invoicing page)
Step 4:
Navigate to the Invoicing page and you will see your load ready to be generated and sent.
