How to bypass SaferWatch "Unacceptable" Risk Assessment?

(Instructions on how to permanently bypass for a particular carrier at the bottom of this article)

EZ Loader’s SaferWatch integration scans a Carrier in 3 ways:

- When adding the Carrier to your account for the first time

- Every 24 hours

- Each time you assign a Carrier to a Load

SCENARIO: You want to add a new Carrier in EZ Loader. After selecting “New Carrier” by clicking the “+” in the Command Center, the MC# is pulled from SaferWatch and displays an “Unacceptable” Risk Assessment rating, but you’ve worked with the carrier previously and want to bypass the risk assessment.

Once you have completed these steps, you will be able to add the carrier to the load.

NOTE: This is a 24 hour override so SaferWatch will update this carrier with as Unacceptable again unless SaferWatch changes the assessment.

How to Permanently Bypass Saferwatch for a Known Carrier

If you have a carrier that is well known and regularly used by your brokerage, but does not pass saferwatch standards, you can permanently check the "Do Not Monitor" function.

Here is how you do it:

Step 1 - Go to the Carrier Profile for the carrier you would like to bypass. Click Details > Insurance & Certifications > Edit

Step 2 - Click the "Do not Monitor (Permanent) checkbox, then click SAVE

WARNING - this will permanently bypass this carrier and saferwatch WILL NOT update the sync for this carrier's risk assessment.
