How to Use MacroPoint Tracking

EZ Loader TMS has partnered with MacroPoint to provide our mutual customers a seamless integration within EZ Loader TMS and MacroPoint providing the ability schedule automatic driver tracking within a Load profile. 

Below you'll find a walkthrough describing how to how to start a MacroPoint tracking cycle within a Load profile.

NOTE: This tutorial assumes you have already connected your MacroPoint integration within your EZ Loader account. If you have not yet activated your MacroPoint integration, click HERE for more information.

How to Send a Tracking Request

Step 1 – Go to Load Page and Click “Shipment Tracking” at the bottom of the page

Step 2 – Click “Start New Trucker Tools Tracking”

Step 3 – Enter the applicable phone number, e-mail address where tracking updates will be sent, and select your start and end dates and times for your tracking schedule. Click save to send the tracking request to the phone number via text.

Step 4 - Once a driver accepts the tracking request and initiates the tracking within their MacroPoint mobile app, the load profile will begin to display a list of ping details. There is a link that will direct you to the MacroPoint website portal with additional tracking and map information.
