How to Connect Your Averitt Express (Dynamic Pricing) LTL Integration
EZ Loader TMS supports the following API functionalities with supported LTL providers:
- Rating (Submitting a Rate (aka Quote) request and receiving a Rate Response)
- Dispatching (Submitting a Dispatch (aka Pickup) request and receiving a confirmation response)
- Tracking (Requesting a Load Tracking update after the shipment has been picked up by the Carrier and receiving a tracking update)

Information You’ll Need to Connect the integration:
- Averitt Express Website User Name
- Averitt Express Website Password
- Averitt Express Account #
- Averitt Express API Key
- Instructions for Finding your Carrier API Integration Details:
- Navigate to https://www.averitt.com/ and click Log In

- Enter Averitt Express account log-in credentials. If you do not have access to these login credentials, please reach out to an Averitt Express representative.

- Retrieve your account number at the top of the page by the name associated with the account.

- Obtain your API Key by clicking on the following link: https://www.averittexpress.com/secure/api-dashboard
- Click on "Request an API Key"

- This request is sent to Averitt's Customer Technology Support team to approve. Once the Customer Technology Support team has approved the request, you will receive an email with your API integration key.

- Log back in to your Averitt account at https://www.averittexpress.com/secure/api-dashboard and the API key will appear at the top right corner of the page.
- Click the Request button (see screenshot below) for available APIs. Once you select Request, the status will change to display Pending Approval. The permission request will then be approved by the Averitt Customer Technology Support team. Once the request is approved, you will receive another email.
- Proceed by entering your credentials into your EZ Loader account by following the steps in next section below.


How to Connect within EZ Loader TMS:
- Check to confirm the Carrier Profile of the LTL Carrier you want to integrate is added as a Carrier within your EZ Loader account.
- To add the Carrier > click +Add New at the top right of your EZ Loader account > New Carrier
- In the New Carrier window, add the basic Carrier information. Click the blue Save button to save the Carrier profile
- Connect the Integration by following the steps below:
- An Admin User group permission is required
- Navigate to your initials at top right > click Settings
- Click Integrations
- Click LTL Integrations to reveal a drop-down menu
- In the drop-down menu, select Available LTL Integrations
- Select the LTL Carrier API you wish to connect
- Type in the credentials as seen in the screenshot below and click Next.

- After clicking the Next button, read the LTL Portal Integration Acknowledgment fully and click Agree & Save.
